We do hope that you are able to join us for this popular village event.
The evening will begin at 6.30pm with drinks and canapés at All Saints Church. At 7.30pm everyone will be asked to progress to their main course to arrive for 7.45/8pm. At 8.45pm everyone will move on to their pudding and coffee course for 9pm.
To all those who have attended previous progressive suppers, an email will be sent out in early May with an online form and payment details for the evening. The form will also provide an option to purchase raffle tickets too. As per last year, no tickets will be issued as you will be entered into a virtual raffle (once for each ticket purchased). Random numbers will be drawn using a computer programme which will take place the day after the supper. Prize winners will be informed and prizes will be delivered to you.
The online form will ask if you would like to host a main course, pudding and coffee course, canapés for the drinks at the start or a raffle prize. If you are new to the progressive supper you are not expected to host a course or canapés but if you can provide a raffle prize that would be greatly appreciated.
Everyone’s kind contributions are what makes the evening such fun and so successful and we very much hope you will be able to join us. Proceeds will go towards the general maintenance and upkeep of All Saints Church and to the Ukrainian Crisis.
If you do not normally receive a communication and would like to be added to the list please do contact us.
